Quotes and scope
Every job starts with a written quote that lists what is included, the price and the delivery date. Work outside that list is quoted separately before we start it.
Payment
- Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr's own payment rules.
- Direct orders are paid by PayPal or USDT.
- Small jobs are paid in full before work starts.
- Larger jobs are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or split into milestones listed in the quote.
Revisions
Every order includes 2 free revision rounds. A revision is a change that brings the work in line with the original brief. New features or a change of direction are quoted as new work.
Delivery
We agree a delivery date in the quote and we deliver on it. If a delay is caused by missing information or access from your side, the date moves by the same amount of time.
Refunds
- If we have not started work, you get a full refund.
- Once work has started, any milestone we have not delivered is refunded.
- Delivered milestones are not refundable.
- Fiverr orders are handled through Fiverr's resolution process.
Ownership
Once an order is paid in full, you own the scripts, models, animations and place files we made for it and can use them in your games. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to before the job starts.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that any files, assets or references you send us are yours to use. Your game must follow the Roblox Terms of Use.
