What you send us
When you use the project form, we receive what you type: your name, how to contact you, and details about your project. We use it only to reply to you and to quote and deliver your project.
Where it is stored
Form messages are handled by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
Visitor statistics
We use GoatCounter to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We see totals such as which pages are popular and which sites sent visitors.
Sharing
We never sell your details. We do not share your project with anyone outside our team unless you ask us to.
Your choices
Email hello@baseplatestudio.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you or delete it.
